This Policy also describes how information is handled in connection with gym membership administration performed through Gymdesk, a third party membership management platform that We use to support billing, scheduling, member accounts, and related gym operations (the “Membership Platform”). By using the Site or enrolling in, maintaining, or participating in services administered through the Membership Platform, You consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
