1-on-1 training
New to our program? Start off with 2-3 personal training sessions to ease into our workouts and get comfortable with the movements before joining the group.
Additionally, our 1-on-1 sessions are a great compliment to group training, allowing you to focus on specific skills, providing personalized feedback for your growth.

To get started, fill out our New Athlete Form. We will reach out within 48 hours to set up your in-person evaluation.
02. Evaluation
During the evaluation, we will discuss your goals, injury history, and expectations, and take you through our testing protocol and a 1-on-1 workout, so we can tailor a program to your needs and goals.
